   You’ve heard of all the programs out there - Jenny Craig, NutriSystems, WeightWatchers. Each has its benefits but I couldn’t get past a bunch of very boring foods or that you have to buy at least 4 weeks at a time, even when you’re starting the diet. What if I didn’t like the food? Well why not try gourmet foods that you can buy a week at a time?.
   What a great idea. Restaurant quality foods prepared so you can eat healthy and lose weight at the same time. I am currently in the process of trying each of the above for 2 weeks each. Keep an eye out for the 2-week progress report videos to be posted to this site.
